The “Competence Center” is the organization you will belong to once you join the company. The Competence Centre Manager’s role is to ensure your competence’s growth in terms of product (SAP), business processes, consulting behavior and in management capabilities.
A picture of your competences is made when you join SOA People with your future Competence Center Manager, based on our “Competence Matrix” and a personal training plan and objectives are settled with you.
