Budget/Time/Quality constraints!
| A successfully managed project is one that is completed at the specified level of quality, on or before the deadline and which stays within the budget. | ![]() |
Our project methodology enables us to define the main phases translating the essential organizational activities required for meeting these goals:
- Defining the project context and identifying the involved actors
- Establishing the client’s requirements, formulating clear objectives;
- Planning which involves the work breakdown structure and cost breakdown structure, using for example PERT network techniques;
- Organising which implies the set-up of the organization breakdown structure;
- Staffing which includes the identification and coordination of the required skills;
- Implementing which carries out the plan by directing and leading the team members;
- Controlling which consists in monitoring the performance, the quality of the work and the cost compared to the estimated budget;
- Evaluating and giving feedback to all the team members;
- Constant reporting to inform the client of the work in progress and obtain his/her approval.
