By joining forces with ENTEA, SOA People strengthens its capabilities in management consulting and SAP.
SOA People has acquired a majority stake in the Swedish consulting firm ENTEA, based in Gothenburg. The acquisition is the company’s second in Sweden within less than a year and marks an important step in its Nordic growth strategy.
Following the acquisition of Swedish firm Condivo in June 2025, the addition of ENTEA strengthens SOA People’s presence across Sweden’s three key business regions: Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. At the same time, the Swedish organization grows to more than 55 employees.
A deliberate step toward SOA 2030
“Every acquisition we make is a deliberate chapter in our SOA 2030 story. With ENTEA, we are not just adding headcount, we are adding capabilities, market coverage, and a team that shares our vision. Sweden is now a compelling demonstration of what our Buy & Build model looks like in practice,” says Khalil Hodaibi, CEO of SOA People Group.
Building a Nordic powerhouse
The Nordic region is already one of SOA People’s strongest markets. In Denmark, SOA People holds a leading position in SAP consulting, with an established team and a strong client base. Under Lars Bork Dylander’s leadership as CEO Nordic Operations, the group now brings together nearly 200 people across the Nordics.
“We have built something real across the Nordics. In Denmark, we have earned our position as a leader. In Sweden, we are now moving fast and with conviction with two strong companies, two great teams, one shared ambition. This is just the beginning of what we are building together,” says Lars Bork Dylander, CEO Nordics at SOA People.
Business and technology
ENTEA specializes in management consulting and SAP ERP and has, since its founding, built a strong position with experienced consultants who combine business insight with deep technological expertise.
“What makes ENTEA particularly attractive to us is their strong profile within management consulting combined with SAP. This adds an important dimension in helping our customers with both strategy and implementation,” says Janus Sørensen, Head of Business Development at SOA People.
“We can continue doing what we do best – but now at a larger scale, while gaining access to SOA People’s broader organization, capabilities and solutions. This allows us to take on greater responsibility in projects and bring more capabilities into play for our customers,” says Martin Karlsson, CEO of ENTEA.
He adds that customers will benefit from an even stronger delivery:
“Our customers will experience the same close relationships and high quality they know today – but with even stronger delivery capabilities and more opportunities.”
Strong cultural and strategic fit
Both parties highlight a close alignment – both professionally and culturally – as a key factor behind the acquisition.
“We have been in dialogue with several players over the years, but with SOA People we found the right fit. They are large enough to take us to the next level, while still close enough to the business for us to maintain our way of working,” says Martin Karlsson.
Platform for further growth in the Nordics
The acquisition is part of SOA People’s long-term ambition to strengthen its position in the Nordics and build an organization of more than 100 SAP specialists in Sweden by 2030.
“With ENTEA and our existing organization, we now have a strong foundation in Sweden. This enables us to take on larger and more complex projects,” says Anders Frost, CEO of SOA People Sweden.
He adds:
“We see increasing demand for partners who can combine business understanding with technology implementation. That is exactly the position we are strengthening with this acquisition.”
SOA People will now intensify its focus on further growth in the Nordics, including expansion into Norway and Finland.
