We are looking for an Operations administrative Assistant.

Job Description

You will join the Operations Platform Department which organizes operations between the different regions, customers, suppliers and projects of SOA People. SOA People is expanding its global and local activities and we are looking for an Operations administrative assistant to reinforce its team within its Operations department.

You main role will be to support the Operations Platform in its administrative tasks :

  • Invoicing: executing customer and intercompany billing on monthly basis. This will be your main responsibility
  • Data administration: setting up master data as customers, vendors, timesheets and expenses in our SAP system
  • Contract administration, recording, filing and controlling clauses conformity of our customer’s contracts, managing contract indexation.
  • Accounting closing support: performing a series of controls or data entry for the month end closing
  • Software licences administration
  • Document management in our files: such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices as an example
  • CV management: supporting the formatting of CVs and entry in our system; ensuring the level of quality of our database
  • Supporting the team in all administrative tasks

You will be using SAP in your role and SOA People will train you on the use of its systems. The Operations assistant will support the Operations in our Belgium, France and Luxembourg markets. The Operations Platform is based in our headquarters of Wavre, Belgium. We hire for an undetermined period on a 4/5th or fulltime contractual basis.

  • You are fluent in French as well as English and you understand Dutch
  • You have a degree or certificate in administrative function or an experience in customer billing
  • You have a good knowledge of MS office.
  • You have an experience in billing, accounting or ERP software. An experience of the SAP system an asset.
