Sales Engineer

We recruit 16 young talents (Level Bachelor) to embrace a commercial career. SOA PEOPLE, leader of innovative solutions for SAP, launches in April 2019 in Belgium an Academy dedicated to young commercial focused graduates This is an intensive 4 week internship in the startup spirit, with classes led by our experts.

Job Description

  • Proactive business development, industry networking and lead generation for building sales pipeline in line with business growth targets.
  • Creating new business opportunities using identification and nurture of target accounts.
  • Respond to requests for proposals across the SOA People service offerings.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider SOA People organisation to develop the commercials around our services and solutions.
  • Manage and drive a sales bid process to tight deadlines.
  • Develop and manage a network to help influence new sales opportunities.
  • Support the marketing team to develop sales led campaigns & opportunity generation strategies required to develop new business customers.
  • Utilise CRM tool and track all opportunities, measure progress and report to your manager

Your Profile

  • A good degree with excellent written and numerical skills (Bachelor level and above).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels · The ability to deliver a confident presentation.
  • A self-starter attitude, happy to network in the industry and drive activity.
  • A flexible work ethic required to meet the needs of prospects and customers.
  • Dutch, French or German native speaker and fluent in English.
  • An interest in new technologies and information systems for business management.
  • The desire to start your career in an international context.
  • Availability from April 2019
