Customer Service Administrator

You will be joining our Service Desk team "Ready-to-Support". This team is present in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany. It is a group of qualified consultants and service desk coordinators, focusing on customer service and quality in a long-term relationship with our customers.

Customer Service Administrator

A key part in helping us grow our business lies in building strong customer relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their needs. We need SAP consultants who know how to analyse business situations using hard and soft data, and who can deliver simple, effective solutions that will enable our customers to outperform their goals. Our mission is to provide intelligent solutions that deliver client success. Each client is unique at SOA People; that’s why no two days are ever the same.

The role

  • You daily execute well described support procedures in SAP with the highest degree of accuracy.
  • You communicate via different channels (ticket handling tool, phone and email) about the result of this work to customers.
  • In case of operational issues, you escalate the matter internally to the support consultants or to the service desk coordinator.
  • Although you execute procedures as described, you are looking for possible improvements that you notify to the service manager and the service desk coordinator. You assist in creating an updated or new procedure description that can be executed by you or your colleagues.
  • You assist the service desk coordinators in administrative tasks or internal and customer reporting on status of support operations.

  • You are customer and service oriented, meticulous and punctual in your communication to customers.
  • You communicate proactively about any support issues to your management.
  • You communicate fluently in French and English. Both orally and in writing. 
  • You have a very good knowledge of Excel (reporting) and a good practical knowledge of Outlook and Word.
  • Familiarity with the SAP administration is a strong asset, but no prerequisite.

  • You are a team player as well as an individual contributor
