We are looking for an experienced HRIS consultant, who will be responsible of the SFSF implementation in our projects
You will be in charge of the implementation of Success Factors in our projects.
You are able to drive blueprint discussions, validation sessions, etc. between business and IT.
Assist in the development of project plans and scenarios related to the testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to coordinate upgrades/fixes
Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation
2-3 years of professional experience in HRIS implementation (SAP SuccessFactors, TalentSoft, CornerStone, etc.) as business analyst, implementation consultant or Key User. An experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
Master’s degree in HR/Business Management and/or IT Management;
You speak fluently English, French and/or Dutch. German is a plus.
