HR Transformation with SuccessFactors gives global equipment specialist the foundations to double in size
SuccessFactors was chosen as the enabler for transforming the HR part of the business to allow the organisation to gain globalised reporting and a shared service centre model.
The client is an international equipment specialist for energy, defence, steel-making and the environment. It assists clients throughout the whole of the life-cycle of their equipment in order to improve the economic, technical and environmental performance of their equipment.
The client wanted to implement a full HR transformation project over an extended period of two and a half years. It was felt this time-frame would enable the business to successfully transform their processes across a large multi-cultural headcount with no existing standardised processes. The aim of the transformation was to support the organisation in driving an aggressive expansion plan.
