Luxemburg, July 1, 2026 — SOA People Group, a pan-European SAP consulting and software specialist, announces the acquisition of a majority controlling interest in Detaysoft, Türkiye’s leading SAP Platinum Partner. In parallel, SOA People’s existing Turkish subsidiary, formerly Çözümevi, will merge with Detaysoft to create a unified Turkish SAP entity with more than 600 SAP professionals from day one. The transaction strengthens SOA People Group’s position as a leading SAP consulting group across Europe and Türkiye, with a combined workforce of more than 1.600 SAP consultants, operations spanning 10 countries, combined revenue of approximately €250 million, and a stated ambition to reach €500 million in annual revenue by 2030.

Turkish Competition Board
The transaction is subject to approval by the Turkish Competition Board (Rekabet Kurumu) and customary closing conditions.
