Leading European Platinum SAP partner SOA People is expanding its Nordic operations and SAP software capabilities with a 51% acquisition of 2BM, the Danish provider of SAP and associated technologies.
2BM gives SOA People a strategic platform for growth in the Nordic region and is aligned with its target of becoming a top-3 SAP software and service provider in Europe, achieving € 250 million in revenue. Collaborating for many years on combined planning and execution software solutions specifically in asset management and with many customers in common in the North and in Western Europe countries, the acquisition is a logical next step for both organisations.
SOA People’s suite of intellectual property which already comprises software solutions for credit management, asset management and value management platform will benefit from the enhanced specialist capabilities of 2BM. In addition, the combined consulting and geographical reach will bolster both organisations SAP S/4HANA expertise to drive digital customer transformations.
2BM will also greatly benefit from the acquisition with SOA People by giving it a strategic platform to drive further opportunity of its complementary products into the wider European markets. With over 700 SAP experts, and 14 regional offices in 6 countries, SOA People is 100% focused on SAP and provides the perfect foundation for further innovation, engagement and value to its customers across all regions.
In addition, 2BM will benefit from the successful track record of the SOA People Academy for SAP trainees. The academy has already helped over 600 graduates launch careers in SAP, where they each carry out a comprehensive training program to equip them with the skills required to become a valuable SAP consultant.
