John joins us with more than 25 years of IT and business process experience, having served as group CIO at major players including Plieger BV, Van Leeuwen and Fabory Group. His expertise in SAP’s SLA-based services to deliver high performing SAP landscapes has helped to drive impactful business continuity and growth in these organisations.
With customer experience at the centre of our growing SAP business, John will be a key player in helping us intensify and strengthen our customer service management and operation. Heading up our Ready to Support organisation, John will focus specifically on increasing customer services and engagement levels, by delivering more value and innovation through various customer touchpoints.
His track record and wealth of knowledge from the customer perspective will support his aims to bring the best possible quality of service. Balanced with his customer service-driven objectives,
