How to migrate to SAP SuccessFactors?

Data in SAP SuccessFactors can be divided between foundation and employee data. All the foundation data must be migrated first to SAP SuccessFactors. Comma Separate Value (CSV) files per foundation or employee object are used to upload data.

The most important questions for the data migration are:

• Are we going to upload history data?
• Are we going to upload the employees who are inactive on the go-live date?
• Are there any other third party pre-requisites in the data?
• What is the unique identifier (employee number) for an employee?
