It provides healthcare and services to consumers as well as being a producer of industrial products for the environment and amenity, safety support and high technology sectors.   Sunstar Europe has operations in Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Belux, Spain and the Nordics.

The Challenge

Sunstar needed to modernise its business processes, standardise functionality and harness SAP best practice throughout its multinational organisation. It had several complex issues that needed to be solved, including the integration with external warehousing and logistic partners.  It required an experienced IT partner to simplify the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and to roll it out in 7 European countries. Sunstar chose SOA People as its new IT Partner to guarantee the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in Europe.  It help implement the second rollout to deploy C4C for its order-to-cash process in France and SAP integrated C4C is now supporting 200 sales representatives across Europe in real-time for all sales and CRM activities.
