Credit Management - VIP Dinner

SOA People’s R4CM Software solutions for professional Credit Management offers our customers a seamless integration in SAP (ECC/S4HANA), with short implementation times and comprehensive key-users training to provide our customers with high autonomy by changing customizing and further Roll-outs. 

As the main purpose of this strategic project was to digitalise Bekaert’s credit management processes, Bekaert has chosen SOA people’s R4CM solution benefitting at a maximum of the native integration with their SAP environment on the one hand and delivering their credit teams an automated tool on the other hand.  

Main focus relies on industrializing credit policies as follows: 

• Score cards for an automated risk classification and internal credit limit recommendation 
• Automated credit limit requests and approval procedures in real time 
• Digitization of credit insurances, automation fulfilment of insurance obligations and notifications 
• Improve data quality and process efficiency in the system through bringing all required data together in one location, structured workflows and SAP integration. 
• Automated connectivity with external business intelligence data from the credit agency and credit insurers 
• A Credit Management solution with native integration in their current SAP ECC environment but with the same integration possibilities on the future S4Hana environment.
