      Galler required an IT solution that would future proof the business and support its ambitious growth plan.  Following an extensive and consultative feasibility study, SAP S/4HANA was selected as the best digital platform to transform it SAP landscape.   An accelerated conversion time plan was crucial to decrease disruption and minimise risks in moving to new software.

      Solution

      Galler carried out a brownfield technical conversion to SAP S/4HANA, deploying the MIGNOW automation software tool to make the conversion rapid and accurate.  SAP Fiori apps are also used to provide real-time data to improve efficiency with admin tasks giving much faster and productive output with daily personalised and role based KPIs directly visible on a dashboard.
