      University of Liège accelerates its move to SAP S/4HANA with MIGNOW

      The University of Liège has selected SOA People to help them transition to SAP S/4HANA. The migration will deploy the MIGNOW automation software tool’s data- driven conversion technique to safeguard their valuable historic R&D data.

      A major public university focused on scientific, cultural and economic development across its region, the University of Liège is renowned across the world for its teaching and academic research.

      With over 1,000 SAP users, the university wanted to upgrade their SAP systems to provide the latest functionality, give users an unprecedented user experience with SAP Fiori and introduce embedded analytics to enhance its reporting and business process capabilities.

      Solution

      The solution includes some web applications using SAP Fiori to customise and run SAP Fiori apps in the cloud, connected to the new landscape for productive usage. ULiège will embrace the powerful new tools and functionalities to build and integrate a range of dedicated business applications such as travel expenses, purchase requests and device inventory management.

      MIGNOW will underpin ULiège’s move to SAP S/4HANA by speeding up and automating the process to convert their SAP systems using AI and Machine Learning techniques. As a result, ULiège will benefit from considerable cost savings and minimise the risk and complexity of their SAP transformation.
