Its built-in digital assistant, SAP CoPilot, makes life even easier because instead of the usual typing, you can now talk to and hear from your data. This ‘hands-free’ ERP gives you a conversational interface, or chatbot, that will change the way you are working.
SAP CoPilot works by using natural language processing (NLP) which lets you communicate with software in an intuitive way, using language that you would use to talk to each other instead of special computer language. It simplifies the user experience as it can deliver the information you need so you won’t have to scan through reams of data or step-by-step processes to find what you’re looking for, or navigate from screen to screen, however easy clicking is.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud as the world’s first hands-free ERP solution may be slightly ambitious as of today. Digital assistants in the business world are relatively new and the capability will vary from scenario to scenario.
