      Pascoe Naturmedizin has grown into one of the leading domestic and international manufacturers of natural medicine. It has around 200 employees working at both at the company’s HQ in Germany and at subsidiaries in Austria and Canada. Pascoe counts in its product range some 200 naturopathic drugs including herbal medicines, high-dose vitamin products, homeopathic complex remedies and dietary supplements. These products are exported to over 30 countries around the world.

      Pascoe has been a client of SOA People (and formerly cormeta) since 2002. As an organisation in the pharmaceuticals sector it faces new challenges on a daily basis. During 2018 they wanted to upgrade the way it connected its SAP ERP solution with its SAP EWM implementation. This transition would ensure it would not only future proof but improve overall visibility of the business, as well as meet strict compliance and regulatory standards in the complex pharmaceuticals environment.

      By being able to access one digital solution for everything, Pascoe would benefit from enhanced automation and access to all its data, from vendor, customer and warehouse information to production processes such as materials in stock and batch recording and ordering.

      To meet increasing regulatory standards and compliance in the fast-paced pharmaceuticals sector Pascoe needed to ensure batch traceability. In addition, it had a target of becoming nearly paperless for its production and documentation requirements and therefore needed to integrate automated processes across its SAP systems.
