Heli handles the sales, hire and service of large equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklift trucks and mini cranes. With some 1,250 units of equipment, its hire fleet enables customers to do what they need to, whether working safely at heights, lifting heavy goods or transporting them. With two main sites in Belgium and France and additional branches across the region, Heli employs around 100 people

The Challenge

Multiple legacy systems that had been custom developed were no longer being supported and staff were using work-around manual processes. There was little visibility of invoices and financial data, and spare parts and warehousing were not linked. These challenges were leading to inefficiencies within the business running an incumbent system.
