Stahl transforms its strategic HR with SAP SuccessFactors

    Global chemistry supplier Stahl has put its trust in SOA People in the Netherlands by adding to its SAP SuccessFactors HCM cloud suite, designed to streamline its core HR processes and boost productivity. As an existing SAP SuccessFactors Learning customer with SOA People since 2019, Stahl will extend its HR modules to include Employee Central, Compensation and Performance & Goals.

By deploying the latest HCM tools with SAP SuccessFactors, Stahl will be able to deliver the best user experience to help its 1,800 employees in 24 countries achieve their own goals with self-service HR apps and tools, work flows and analytics and continue his HR digital transformation path.

    The scalable, flexible solution is fully integrated with Stahl’s SAP ERP and will enable the firm to harness its strategic talent management to drive enhanced performance and productivity. With the benefit of optimised HR data analytics, the firm will also be in the best position to take full advantage of next generation technologies such as artificial intelligence.
