Autoneum, a global market and technology leader in acoustic and thermal management for vehicles, has selected SOA People to implement Performer to help gain a valuable insight into its cash flow and auditing processes.
With its headquarters in Switzerland, Autoneum operates 53 production facilities and employs around 12 800 people in 24 countries. The company supplies almost all automobile manufacturers across the world. Its multifunctional, lightweight components and systems for interior floor, engine bay as well as the underbody help to reduce vehicle weight and emissions, thereby contributing to sustainable mobility.
Autoneum strives to achieve operational excellence and currently uses a single SAP EEC6 system. It has already run a successful pilot using Performer from Inventy/SOA People which provided valuable recommendations to better manage Free Cash Flow. The organisation now wanted full access to Performer to actually monitor the execution of the planned recommendation and to automate its internal audit processes.
Implementing Performer means Autoneum will have instant access to vital information and diagnostics to facilitate decision making when prioritising cases. Free Cash Flow can be better managed as it can focus on achieving lower DIO and DSO and higher DPO.
