Transforming HR recruitment and performance management with SAP SuccessFactors
Idelux is the economic development agency for the Luxembourg province in Belgium. The public sector organisation has 500 employees involved in economic development and environment management focused on water, waste, environment, finances and public projects.
Ensuring a flow of skilled workers and retaining them with performance management, rewards and training was a key objective for Idelux. Without full visibility of its existing paper-based systems, the HR department needed software tools that could effectively manage data and provide a digital platform to consolidate HR processes. Idelux wanted to measure and rate performance management and attract new candidates both from internal and external markets.
