Formed by a merger of several organisations across the Netherlands and Belgium, Mechan needed more information to become available from across the organisation for better insight and improved visibility of transaction results.
Working together, SOA People and Mechan achieved an SAP implementation that would create a new structure around the profit and cost centres across all the divisions, so the whole finance cycle could be aligned between Netherlands and Belgium.
